nobody likes the way it is being

you are dealing with a boss and he
has an attorney menality, they don't 
necessary look at right or wrong.
they look at can they win in court.
they also bet that working people
want have the moneys to fight a big
company in court. this is what has 
happen in the gas and water department.
and if you can carry them to court,
by the time you get to court, another 
president will be in place. winning
is the only thing they look at. this
is why most employees believe the next
president of mlg&w should comes from
out of town.these people have lose all
feeling for the working man especially
if you are a minorities.

why is it when a problem happen
at MLG&W they never try to really
solve the problems. all they do is
come up with policies or try to get
real of the person or persons. but
management acts as if they are not
gualified or unwilling to really
work out any real problems.

The last Gas Department supervisor 
promotions under past presidents.
1.Dave Hanson promoted one black
supervisor-Curtis Richmond.
2.Larry Papasan promoted two black
supervisor-Robert Young&Jimmy King.
3Bill Crawford promoted one black
supervisor in water and gas-Tommy Mcguirt.
4.Herman Morris promoted no black
supervisor in gas or water .(none-zero) 
There haven't been a black supervisor
in gas or water department for the
past three years. Progress for Blacks
in the gas and water department stopped
with former president Bill Crawford. 
you guys got what you ask for. The
lesson here is,we must stop looking
at race and color. It will get you in 
trouble everytime.

"A TWIST OF WISDOM"

There was a man that died and the
angel told the man he was on the 
border line;therefore,he had a choice
to go to Heaven or hell. The man
asked the angel could he visit both
places first. The angel replied,yes
where would you like to go first?
To hell the man said, and upon arrival,
the man look and what he saw was a
lot of people setting at a long table
with a beautiful white tablecloth 
and down the middle of the table was
fabulous foods and fruits of all kind.
But, the man noticed attached to their
wrist was a long handled spoon. The
man looked at the angel and said now
may I go and see Heaven. The angel said
yes and he took the man to Heaven
and when he got there what he saw
was a lot of people setting at a
long table with a beautiful white
tablecloth and down the middle of 
the table was fabulous foods and 
fruits of all kinds. But the man 
noticed attached to their wrist 
was a long handled spoon. The man
looked at the angel and said I don't
understand, Heaven and hell are
identical, except the people in hell
look weak,sick, and under-nourished 
and the people in Heaven look healthy,
strong,happy and have pretty skin,
please tell me the difference.
The angel replied, there is only one
difference, the people in hell take 
the long handled spoons and try to
feed themselves, but the people in 
Heaven take the long handled spoons
and feed each other.
